Shenyang Economic and
Technological Development Zone ("SETDZ") is a state level
economic and technological development zone governed by the State
Council of China. It is the government body governing and promoting
Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperative enterprises and solely
owned foreign funded enterprises in the zone.
All businesses registered with
SETDZ will enjoy the special preferential polices in taxation, land
transfer and many other special measures.
